Job Description

Job Description The Project Foreman/Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing the daily execution and logistics of installation for parking systems across the San Leandro and greater bay area region. They will lead projects by implementing accounting practices, management procedures, and Project Management SOP. This role coordinates labor, scheduling, materials, and on‑site operations while supervising construction crews, assigning tasks, resolving issues, and ensuring projects are adequately staffed, on schedule, and within budget. This role person will be hands-on during installs as well, it's an expectation that they work to help technicians and installers with projects. The Project Foreman serves as the primary liaison between field personnel and management, regularly reporting project progress and supporting branch leadership in maximizing revenue while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining warehouse organization and inventory control, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment through open communication, and working closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Project Manager to reinforce Amano's corporate goals and mission.
