What you will do:

Multi-Family New Construction Projects

First Project:

300+ unit garden-style complex Lead division to complete projects from start to finish Direct Project Management and site teams Work with ownership and upper leadership to ensure project success Work with clients so projects meet their needs What you need: 10+ years of Project Management experience 5+ years of Multi-family Experience BS in Construction Management or related field Benefits Base ($190,000-$215,000) + Bonus 401K Match Full Medical, Dental and Vision Generous PTO For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
