The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The person is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, and communication across project team and management. This person should be capable of working with a design team and independently. This role may oversee multiple construction projects, at various stages of build, simultaneously. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Negotiate contractors and change orders with subcontractors/vendors Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, stakeholders, building codes, etc. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and ensure compliance. Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and documentation to clients/representatives, jobsite team, and senior leadership. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry - preferably in high-end residential Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software such as Autodesk/Bluebeam is preferred. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Able to be navigate different agencies and negotiations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Read and accurately interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between jobsites as needed
