This role involves coordinating and supervising construction site cleaning projects, managing field teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations at construction sites from start to completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and crews, ensuring clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish. Schedule staff, equipment, and materials needed for each project. Monitor quality control and safety compliance across all job sites. Track progress and provide daily or weekly reports to management. Assist in job costing, preparing proposals, and overseeing project budgets. Resolve job site issues quickly and effectively while maintaining strong client relationships. Support and motivate team members to meet project goals and deadlines. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required). Experience in construction cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Valid driver's license, company vehicle to be provided for travel between office and jobsites. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines. Experience with Google Suite of business tools. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chat etc Work Environment This position includes both office and field work.
