In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, driving project success through effective management, supervision, and strategic planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA regulations, and maintaining a secure work environment. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to coordinate timelines and resources effectively. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and performing accurate construction estimating with HeavyBid or equivalent tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide on-site activities and ensure compliance with design specifications. Oversee procurement processes, including reviewing contracts and managing subcontractor relationships to ensure quality work and timely delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance; utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary. Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues promptly, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance on construction management best practices while fostering a collaborative team environment. Utilize construction site experience combined with management expertise to oversee multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish. Skills Extensive experience in construction management with proven supervisory skills in managing large-scale projects. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of heavy civil or pipeline construction processes and related safety standards (OSHA). Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control techniques using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with construction estimating is a plus. Excellent management capabilities with a track record of supervising diverse teams on active construction sites. Deep understanding of contracts administration and negotiation strategies within the construction industry. Familiarity with quality control procedures and implementing effective safety protocols on-site. Hands-on experience with construction site equipment testing tools such as ohmmeters; ability to troubleshoot electrical systems when required.
