High-end Residential Construction Superintendent

High End Residential General Contractor seeking Experienced Superintendent for large projects primarily in San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area. This position will require the candidate to work independently and as part of a team working directly with clients, architects, designers, subs, project managers and principal. This candidate must be comfortable with a dynamic and fast pace nature of our projects and growing company and possess the following qualifications:

• Must be highly detail oriented with an eye for detail and quality
• Must have a high degree of understanding of high-end residential home construction (primarily remodeling)
• Must understand and follow the terms of our contracts
• Must be able to layout and manage subcontractors and understand and implement best sequencing
• Identify work outside of original scope
• Ability to identify/minimize bottlenecks before they occur
• Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and maintain a calm and respectful demeanor
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Must have a proven body of work spanning no less than 10 years as a superintendent
• Work with office team to help support project administration

$110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
