As we continue to expand, we seek a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our teams and uphold our mission of excellence. The Residential Electrical Installation Manager oversees daily field operations, manages installation teams, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and up to code. This role bridges the gap between office planning and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate residential electrical installation projects from start to finish Train, mentor, and evaluate installers and apprentices Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local regulations Review blueprints, plans, and specifications with crews Monitor job progress, budgets, and timelines Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions on-site Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly Enforce safety standards and conduct regular job site inspections Either 3 years' experience in a plumbing management position OR 7+ years in the plumbing trade Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Knowledge of residential wiring, panels, and code requirements (preferred) Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Service Titan experience (is a plus, but not required) Valid driver's license
