Construction Project Manager at Randal G. Winter Construction, Inc. If you are interested in project management and enjoy building high-quality projects that make our customers happy while they enjoy them for years to come then we'd like to meet you! Randal G. Winter Construction considers our team our family and offers a positive workplace where we pursue growth and learning. We specialize in custom single-family homes, new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, and whole house remodels. Our project manager needs to have 5+ years of experience in residential and new home construction. The ideal candidate will possess skills in project management and be familiar with Sage/Master Builder.
JOB DUTIES
Scheduling labor Initiating subcontracts Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitor and control performance Estimating Job site inspections as required Reviewing plans Change orders Maintain project files Project scheduling Progress billing Maintains construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
