Experience in supporting administrative project duties, construction site safety awareness, Requests for Information (RFIs), Submittals, Change Order Control, Close-out Documentation and must demonstrate a visible desire to learn and adapt in a project team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to learn and become proficient in the general contractor's provided programs: examples; Procure, Trimble, Plan Grid, Microsoft Project, etc. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and able to communicate Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices construction experience and/or degree in construction management preferred.
