This role is ideal for someone with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in home renovation projects, including structural modifications, interior upgrades, and expanding living spaces. Responsibilities Execute residential remodeling projects, including room additions, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and interior renovations Use hand tools and power tools effectively for carpentry, tile masonry, plastering, caulking, fixture installation, gutter installation, and other construction tasks. Measure dimensions precisely with tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and finish of all components. Experience 5 to 10 years of proven experience in residential remodeling, room additions, or similar construction project Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, tile masonry, caulking, fixture installation, and building material installation.
