Key Responsibilities Own Site Operations End-to-End:

Manage day-to-day field operations across luxury residential projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, safety compliance, and on-time delivery at every phase of construction.

Coordinate Trades & Field Crews:

Schedule and supervise subcontractors and field teams, keeping sequencing tight and accountability high across all active job sites.

Uphold Quality & Safety Standards:

Enforce rigorous quality control and safety protocols that reflect the level of excellence the luxury market demands - no exceptions.

Communicate Across All Stakeholders:

Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers, architects, designers, and clients - keeping everyone aligned, informed, and confident in the process.

Maintain Timelines, Budgets & Documentation:

Must-Have Qualifications Experience:

5+ years as a Superintendent in luxury residential and/or commercial construction with a proven track record leading trades across multiple high-end projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills:

Strong working knowledge of building systems, construction sequencing, and quality control processes. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and documentation.
