You will work closely with ownership, site management teams, architects, consultants, and homeowners to ensure projects are executed with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, systems-oriented, financially minded, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, buyout, invoicing, and cost tracking Coordinate project sequencing and scheduling with field teams Prepare contracts, work authorizations, purchase orders, and change orders Lead client communication and provide regular project updates Manage owner design selections and coordination with architects/designers Review plans, create RFIs, and assist with preconstruction planning Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and trade partners Oversee project documentation, billing reviews, and budget reporting Participate in client, architect, and consultant meetings Support project closeout, owner manuals, and final turnover documentation This position requires strong communication skills, financial oversight experience, and the ability to maintain a polished client experience throughout all phases of construction. Qualifications 5-plus years of Experience in high-end residential construction project management Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and construction sequencing Experience managing design selections and client-facing coordination Knowledge of change orders, invoicing, and cost controls Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple active projects Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Professional presence with high-net-worth clientele Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented Successful candidates are refined professionals who take ownership, communicate effectively, and are passionate about delivering exceptional homes and client experiences.
