Our San Fernando Valley division continues to grow, and we're looking for an exceptional Construction Project Manager to lead luxury residential pool projects from excavation through completion. This isn't an office job. You'll spend your days in the field leading projects, solving problems, working directly with homeowners, coordinating skilled subcontractors, and delivering beautiful backyards that families will enjoy for decades. Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who naturally takes ownership. Someone who... Shows up before the crews. Solves problems instead of creating them. Communicates professionally with homeowners. Keeps subcontractors accountable while earning their respect. Understands that details matter. Cares about profitability just as much as customer satisfaction. Leaves every jobsite cleaner than they found it. Pool construction experience is preferred, but we will absolutely consider experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, or Field Managers from residential construction, landscape construction, or similar trades. What You'll Be Responsible For Once construction begins, the project is yours. You'll oversee approximately $3-5 million of annual construction while managing every aspect of the customer experience, construction quality, scheduling, and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
Managing multiple custom pool construction projects simultaneously Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships Scheduling subcontractors and coordinating daily field operations Ensuring construction follows engineering plans and company standards Ordering and coordinating materials and equipment Managing inspections and correction items Monitoring project budgets and controlling unnecessary costs Collecting progress payments and maintaining healthy receivables Keeping accurate project documentation, photos, and records Preparing homeowners for each construction phase Programming equipment and automation systems Performing final customer orientations Coordinating warranty work when necessary What Success Looks Like Our Project Managers are expected to: Deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish Produce quality projects they're proud to put their name on Maintain organized, clean, professional jobsites Keep projects moving efficiently Protect company profitability Build strong relationships with subcontractors Communicate proactively with homeowners and office staff Follow through on commitments Simply put...
