Full Job Description Project Manager Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually
Location:
Vernon, CA Optimum Seismic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience and a strong construction background. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage construction projects throughout all phases Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Assist with project planning, documentation, and reporting Resolve project issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders Qualifications 3-5 years of project management experience Construction industry experience required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for career growth Health benefits and paid time off
