On site Supervisor Operation Support Inc - 5.0 Vernon, CA Job Details Full-time $19 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Team leadership Workplace dispute resolution High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at assigned job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between employees, management, and clients while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of onsite personnel. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity. Ensure all work is performed according to company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify potential issues. Communicate project updates, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management. Train, mentor, and support employees in their job duties and company procedures. Address employee questions, concerns, and disciplinary matters when necessary. Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets, and documentation. Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Serve as the primary liaison between the client and company representatives. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or safety violations. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, tools, and company property. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
