Our typical work includes tenant improvements, office buildouts, concrete site work and exterior upgrades—ranging from $300k

We're looking for someone organized, forward-thinking, and proactive, with the confidence and experience to run multiple projects at once while keeping teams aligned and deliverables on track.

Responsibilities:

Manage 3-5 active projects across scopes like TI, light retail, and site improvements Develop, update, and track project schedules Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing Maintain quality control —everything should meet plan and spec Communicate consistently with field teams, clients, and internal staff Identify and resolve issues before they escalate

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of commercial construction experience Ability to read a full set of plans in detail Strong knowledge of construction documents and trade coordination Software skills in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Dropbox Experience managing jobs from start to finish Excellent written and verbal communication Prior experience in the field (Superintendent or Field Engineer) is a plus
