$100,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details - The ideal candidate is looking to take the next step in their construction management career with a company known for its collaborative culture, project diversity, and long-term growth opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 1-5+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, or similar role. Understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and contract administration. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Desire to grow into a Project Manager-level position.
