Construction Site Superintendent

Marmol Radziner, an award-winning Los Angeles-based design-build architecture and construction firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee high-end residential construction projects. This role is responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring projects are executed according to plans, schedule, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for residential construction projects. Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site labor. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Ensure work is executed according to project plans, quality standards, and safety requirements. Coordinate material procurement and deliveries to the site. Assist with managing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and project managers. Foster a strong and collaborative team environment among all project participants.

Qualifications:

8-12 years of construction experience, ideally in high-end residential projects. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Project. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus (training available). College degree preferred.
