Baumgartner Custom Builders (BCB) is seeking a seasoned and driven Construction Superintendent to join our elite team. As a Superintendent at BCB, you'll take the lead on-site, overseeing complex, architecturally significant residential and boutique commercial builds. This role demands technical excellence, leadership finesse, and the confidence to manage high-stakes, high-finish projects from pre-construction through to punch.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities with accountability for project success. Execute complex building plans with an emphasis on custom detailing and high-end finishes. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule integrity and craftsmanship. Utilize Construction software to manage digital plans, daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, change orders and documentation. Implement lean construction tools such as pull schedules, lookahead planning, and constraint tracking. Anticipate and resolve field issues with creative problem-solving and real-time decision-making. Maintain strong site safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulations. Communicate clearly and respectfully with project managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors. Represent BCB with professionalism and integrity in all client and stakeholder interactions. Skills & Experience/Education 4+ years of high-end residential or boutique commercial construction as a superintendent. Bachelors degree in Construction Management desired; or equivalent work experience. Deep technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Strong proficiency in Procore or similar construction management platforms. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure. Experience in managing the full project life cycle from pre-construction to final walkthrough. BEST license/certification preferred prior to start, required within one month of start. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence and example.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Full-Time Weekends when needed
