We are building a high-performance team focused on quality work, strong customer experience, and efficient production. This role is critical to making sure our jobs are done right in the field. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and people-oriented Siding Field Supervisor to oversee siding projects in the field. This is not a desk job, you'll be on-site daily making sure jobs are running smoothly, crews are aligned, and customers are taken care of. What You'll Be Doing Primary Focus:

Oversee siding projects from start to finish Be on-site daily to ensure quality, professionalism, and clean job sites Ensure projects meet company standards for presentation and completion

Additional Responsibilities:

Oversee window and painting projects as needed Communicate with customers on-site and deliver a strong customer experience Build and maintain strong relationships with crews Solve production issues quickly and professionally Set and retrieve ladders for city inspections Take job site photos and update CRM (JobNimbus) Assist with materials, logistics, and field support as needed Source leads from job sites when opportunities arise

What We're Looking For Required:

3+ years of siding experience (trade or management) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically able to climb ladders, lift materials, and be active in the field Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous leadership or crew management experience Customer service experience Proven job stability

Pay:
