Superintendent, Beck Building Company If you have at least three years of construction superintendent experience, experience leading daily field operations, keeping projects on schedule and on budget while upholding the highest quality standards, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining organized, safe jobsites, we'd love to hear from you. You'll oversee daily jobsite operations, ensure quality workmanship, foster strong relationships with trade partners, and create a safe, productive work environment where every project can succeed. As a key member of our team, you'll help drive successful project outcomes while building strong relationships and creating an exceptional experience for clients and partners. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-$140,000 , depending on experience, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, ongoing training opportunities, and retirement plans.
