Job Description

Job Summary The Project Manager will effectively manage large and/or multiple smaller structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager. Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: 5+ years experience with structural steel fabrication/erection or related industry Strong verbal/written communication skills, including customer relations skills Team player, prefers fast paced environment, comfortable multi-tasking, prioritizing, and ability to handle multiple projects at various phases of construction Strong computer skills Proficient with architectural/structural blueprint reading and steel shop drawings Job site experience, field measuring experience +++ Familiar with processing/tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders; PROCORE or similar experience +++ Salary commensurate with years of experience and qualifications Qualifications and Skills Required education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) College degree preferred
