Job Description About the Company Our client is a cutting-edge modular residential builder based in the mountains of Colorado. The company is revolutionizing residential construction through innovative modular building methods and an efficient, controlled production environment. With a robust pipeline and plans for national expansion , the company is looking for talented construction leaders to join its growing team and help deliver projects in Colorado. About the Position The Traveling Superintendent will oversee modular multifamily and single family construction projects, providing hands-on leadership from framing through finish . This is a fast-paced role requiring strong technical construction knowledge and the ability to coordinate in-house employees, subcontractors, materials, and production schedules. The ideal candidate is a proven residential construction leader who can travel and adapt quickly to different project environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee construction operations from framing through final finish. Lead and coordinate in-house employees and subcontractors. Manage daily production, manpower, materials, and workflow. Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and productivity. Identify and resolve technical and construction issues quickly. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Enforce safety and quality standards throughout construction. Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to project teams. Coordinate with project management and company leadership. Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and production efficiency. Travel to project locations nationwide as required. Requirements 10+ years of construction experience required. Significant experience with single-family or multifamily residential construction . Mountain building experience is a plus. Previous Superintendent or similar leadership experience. RBC experience/knowledge required. Strong technical understanding of residential construction from civil, sitework through finish. Experience managing both employees and subcontractors. Proven ability to manage fast-paced construction operations. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
