• Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities
• Develop and manage project schedule
• Participate in staff meetings
• Maintain paperwork on project
• Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety
• Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite What You Need for this Position
• 7+ years as a Superintendent
• Strong communication and leadership
• A leader looking to work in a team oriented atmosphere
• Ability to develop relationships with those on the jobsite
