Colorado Springs, CO We are looking for a confident, driven, and customer-focused Reconstruction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable making decisions, managing shifting priorities, building strong relationships, and leading projects from start to finish. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will work closely with our restoration team to help homeowners and businesses recover from disasters such as fire, water damage, mold, asbestos concerns, and other property losses. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, collections, resources, and timelines while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and with exceptional customer service. Previous construction or restoration experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. What Does a Reconstruction Project Manager Do? The Reconstruction Project Manager (RPM) finds satisfaction in celebrating and confirming completion of each and every project with the customer. Completion includes a number of team members: tradesman, sub-contractors, insurance company representatives, office staff and others. The RPM thrives in a fast-paced environment, running multiple reconstruction jobs in varying phases of the job life cycle. Successful RPM's have an eye for detail, are thorough, highly organized, and enjoy helping others. Basic Requirements Ability to develop and lead teams Sound planning and organization skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Record of continuous learning and willingness to continue learning Excellent communication and presentation skills Successful customer service results Understanding of the construction process Construction or construction project management is desired Valid driver's license Able to pass employment requirements (background check) Key Skills Self-motivated to get results Loves working with customers and tradesman Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility Thrives under high performance environments Excellent interpersonal skills Succinct and professional with written and verbal communication Exhibits a strong work ethic Innate desire to take care of others Evaluated On/Measurable Results Meets key operational objectives: sales, gross margin, customer satisfaction and PD metrics Regular KPI tracking through Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) meetings Effective job chartering including job budget and work orders Ensure compliance with standards and regulations Displaying the brand with pride through local community event participation Create and maintain relationships with key customers - direct and B2B Build and strengthen partnerships with vendors, tradesman and sub-contractors Overall Duties Manage and facilitate residential, commercial, and industrial projects through completion Generate detailed work orders, communicate, and schedule work Generate & provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractors Maintain frequent communication with external and internal customers resulting Coordinate & record customer material selections Work with accounting on work order approval and tradesman/vendor bill payment Secure necessary permits Ensure an orderly and clean job site is maintained Coordinate and perform needed job inspections Work within the job budget.
