Site Superindentant - Residential / Commercial Construction

Job Description

NewEra Construction is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of commercial construction processes. Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project managers Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and schedules Enforce job site safety policies and OSHA compliance Maintain daily logs, schedules, and progress reports Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets company standards Plan and schedule labor, materials, and equipment Identify and resolve job site issues proactively Lead by example with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Lead job site meetings and communicate effectively

Full-time Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Residential construction (ground up) Proficiency in Procore project management software a must Proven ability to lead and manage crews and wide range of subcontractors on active job sites Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and crews in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license OSHA certification preferred (OSHA 30 a plus) Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Pay:
75,000-85,000 Expected hours: 40-50 per week
