Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to support multifamily projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery of construction projects, overseeing all phases from preconstruction through commissioning. This role leads project teams and manages day-to-day project operations, coordinating closely with owners and architects during preconstruction to support permitting, establish project milestones, and develop comprehensive schedules. The Project Manager ensures a seamless transition into construction, maintains control over cost, schedule, and quality, and oversees final project closeout and commissioning. Responsibilities also include negotiating, executing, and administering all subcontracts, purchase orders, and buyout activities. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of seven years of experience in a Project Manager role. Candidates need to have experience working on multifamily and commercial projects in the $15-45M range.

Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Lead project teams and manage day‑to‑day project execution from preconstruction through completion Coordinate closely with owners, architects, and consultants during preconstruction, including permitting support, milestone development, and project schedule creation Manage the transition from preconstruction into active construction and through final commissioning to ensure continuity and alignment with project goals Negotiate, execute, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and buyout activities in compliance with contract requirements Maintain accountability for cost control, schedule adherence, and quality performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle

Required:
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager at a general contractor Experience with multifamily and commercial projects in the $15-45M range Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00
