Job Description
Residential construction specialist requirements: 3+ years experience in multiple aspects of residential construction. 5+ years experience using construction hand tools and power tools. Must have a truck that can be used for work. Proficient at blueprint reading and takeoff. Extreme attention to detail. Good understanding of jobsite etiquette as it pertains to processes, safety, communication, etc. Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly. Ability to problem solve on the fly without sacrificing any company values. Ability to communicate and work well with others. Willingness to apply full mental and physical focus on tasks. Ability to quickly recognize when a mistake has been made and fix it before proceeding with other work. Quick and total implementation of company values, processes, and culture. Great communication skills.
