A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management (don't worry, we won't give you the cold shoulder if you have more experience!)
- Estimating HVAC projects like a pro (we're all about hot numbers here)
- Knowledge of the Minneapolis/St. Paul market (know your market like the back of your warm hand)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (nothing frosty about your print-reading skills)
- Progress & AIA billing experience (keeping those bills hot and spicy)
- Budget management experience (keeping those budgets from cooling down)
- Excellent time management skills (time flies when you're having fun in HVAC)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (like conducting a symphony of HVAC excellence)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (communicate like a UX design superstar...see what we did there?)
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing project requirements (just like changing the thermostat to stay comfy)
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (juggling HVAC projects like a pro)
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently (because you're the HVAC superhero every company needs)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills (cool under pressure like an HVAC system on a hot summer day)
- Current driver's license and clean driving record (no roadblocks in your HVAC journey!
