Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with skilled teams, and make a tangible impact on the built environment. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Smartsheet and Co-Construct. Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, schematics, blueprints, and contract specifications. Manage project schedules proactively, adjusting timelines as needed while maintaining momentum toward project milestones. Oversee purchasing and procurement. Develop, manage and implement procurement schedul. Review and interpret blueprints and schematics; ensure accurate reading of technical drawings like Civil 3D files for civil works. Monitor progress through regular site visits; conduct inspections to verify quality standards and compliance with contracts. Prepare detailed progress reports, change orders, and cost estimates; utilize tools like ProCore for documentation and tracking. Facilitate project meetings to coordinate tasks among teams; resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes efficiently. Utilize cost management techniques to forecast costs accurately and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in construction management or as a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial or residential projects. Extensive site experience in construction environments with a solid understanding of construction site safety practices. Proficiency in project management software including , Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Xcel, , Construction management software platforms, and schematics interpretation. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and construction cost management. Familiarity with contracts negotiation and compliance requirements related to large-scale construction projects. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
