European Window & Door Installer/ Experienced Framer

Prospect Home Pros is a growing European window installation company located in Northern Colorado. We primarily build to passive house standards. Our projects are typically in Denver Metro, Northern Colorado, Colorado mountain towns, and Southern California. We are planning to expand to Northern California in the near future. We are looking for an experienced framer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for framing, and installing windows & doors in new construction and retrofit. It is mandatory that any interested candidate is able to travel for this position. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience with residential hands-on construction, willing to grow in their craft, and must be able to travel. Candidate must be able to commute to our warehouse in Fort Collins, CO on a regular basis between jobs. Responsibilities Install and replace windows and doors according to project specifications. Frame walls, floors, garages, and decks to a very high standard. Accurately measure and cut materials for a precise fit. Ensure proper sealing and insulation for energy efficiency. Attention to details and ability to work cleanly. Make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation of all installed products. Maintain and manage tools and equipment to ensure top performance. Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures. Provide a professional and positive customer experience, addressing any concerns during installation. Deliver high-quality, efficient work to meet company standards. Mandatory overnight travel depending on job length (Colorado and California) Skills Must be able to layout framing and read basic measurements Must be able to determine if a window is square, level and plum Must be proficient in using power tools (ie. Drills and saws) Must be able to lift 100+ pounds Experience with window and door installation is a plus
