Key Responsibilities:
Proactively maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites, anticipating needs before they become problems. Develop and implement daily and weekly site maintenance routines. Remove trash and debris regularly, ensuring a hazard-free environment. Efficiently manage and organize materials and supplies. Provide on-site support to the Field Crew, assisting with tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, using Buildertrend for updates and reporting. Anticipating site needs and creating a plan. Maintaining consistent site cleanliness and organization throughout the workday. Proactively providing on-site support and assistance to crews. Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part 1 of a structured team. Excellent communication skills. A proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
