Job Title:
Project Manager Job Description A well-established general contractor seeks a Project Manager with strong commercial construction experience to lead healthcare-focused projects from preconstruction through closeout. As a Project Manager, you will oversee entire campus projects, working closely with Superintendents, owners, and trade partners. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to healthcare projects within a team that values accountability, trust, and professionalism, without unnecessary corporate red tape. The projects range from $100K to $3 million. We are looking for candidates with commercial experience and a degree in construction management, who have managed projects end-to-end. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners. Manage work across a healthcare campus environment. Represent the company professionally on-site and with clients. Maintain strong documentation, communication, and follow-up. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field. 5-15 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Strong commercial construction experience. Healthcare construction experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Organized, professional, and adaptable. Stable work history preferred. Work Environment This position is located in a Colorado-based general contractor known for its integrity, strong client relationships, and a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The company specializes in healthcare and complex commercial construction, including hospital projects, medical office buildings, museums, and large-scale renovation work. The work environment is professional and healthcare-focused, requiring adaptability to change. The role requires a professional demeanor, comfort in working with clients and subcontractors, and strong communication skills. The schedule typically runs from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 6 AM to 2:30 PM, averaging 40-45 hours per week. Employees are expected to be flexible and assist with various tasks as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Frederick, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
