PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
. As a
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
, you will be responsible for the success, timeliness, and quality completion of assigned construction projects by leading the project team and ensuring that all construction operations are conducted safely while maintaining quality standards on the project. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all field operations of the project. Provide the leadership, motivation, and enthusiasm necessary to create a safe, cooperative, and productive environment at the workplace. Read and know the details of each Subcontract, Purchase Order, and Change Order issued on your project. Monitor the work of subordinates to ensure they are performing their work to your satisfaction and in the best interest of the company. Maintain good working relationships with field staff and subs. Maintain an understanding of local codes and regulations. Consistently promote safety on the project site. Manage 3rd party consultant inspections. Gain comprehensive knowledge of plans and specs for the project Qualifications 5 - 8 years of experience as a multifamily or wood frame construction superintendent Experience utilizing MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of building codes, accessibility codes, and water intrusion issues HS Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or related field, preferred Valid Driver's License Required Testing Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR Position type: salaried/exempt with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: LaFayette, CO;
