The Construction Superintendent will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, communicate with Project Managers, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction site activities Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Monitor quality control and compliance with plans and specifications Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred 5+ years of construction supervision experience Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction processes Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Proficiency in scheduling and project management software is a plus (we use JobTread) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (a truck is ideal, as part of the job includes picking up small materials from suppliers, but not required)

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
