Front Desk Veterinary Receptionist

Inspire Animal Hospital is a privately owned, fast-paced animal hospital in Parker that focuses on creating a fun, positive environment! We are an experienced team, looking for fun people to join us. We offer emergency services during normal business hours in addition to general wellness, laparoscopic surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, digital radiography, in-house lab, laser therapy, PRP, acupuncture and more! Applicants should be able to multi-task, provide a lasting, positive impact with clients in all forms of communication, and be able to maintain a positive attitude. Duties include managing multiple phone lines, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, contacting other hospitals for records, attaching documents to medical records, loving on animals every day, and so much more. Veterinary experience is not required, but customer service experience is.
