Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate subcontractors performing the

installation. Manage all field activities associated with the change order from mobilization through project completion. Coordinate installation activities with the owner, project manager, design team, and other trades to minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes. Monitor installation quality, schedule, and productivity. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates. Identify and resolve field conflicts while maintaining project milestones. Verify system installation is complete and ready for testing, commissioning, and owner turnover. Promote and enforce a safe work environment. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects. Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and change order documents. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with low-voltage, security, life-safety, or specialty technology systems is highly preferred. Experience working in healthcare, corrections, or behavioral health facilities is a plus.
