Working with a highly respected construction organisation known for delivering complex projects, you will play a critical leadership role on a flagship development while benefiting from relocation support, housing, bonuses, and future career opportunities. Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities through project completion. Drive project delivery against programme milestones, budget expectations, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel across multiple workstreams. Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with all site requirements. Coordinate with project management, ownership groups, consultants, and trade partners. Monitor resource planning, sequencing, logistics, and site operations to maintain project momentum. Mentor and develop field teams while creating a collaborative and performance-driven environment. The Successful Applicant Extensive construction experience in hospitality, resort, or luxury hotel developments. Proven success delivering large-scale projects valued at $100 million or greater. Current Senior Superintendent experience or exceptional Operations Manager experience with significant field leadership responsibilities. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics. Stable employment history with strong tenure and clear career progression. Experience with construction scheduling and project management platforms such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
