Job Description Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality work. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets industry standards. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to achieve goals. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent should have: Experience managing large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams. Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
