Overview:

Northeast Regional Perimeter Barrier and Security Fence and Guiderail Rail Contractor seeking Project Construction manager/ engineer to manage fence, rail, and perimeter security upgrade projects in Northeast/ mid-Atlantic region. Clients include Major transportation, Energy, logistics, State, and Federal organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cost-loaded CPM schedules using Primavera P6 Manage baseline schedule, updates, and critical path tracking Coordinate project activities between owners, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors Manage and implement all project submittals, project documentation/logs, RFI creation and response Support phasing plans and construction sequencing, daily progress reporting Lead scheduling meetings, Daily/ Weekly progress updates, and client required reporting. Monthly billing and value reconciliation. Identify risks, delay, and proactively adjust schedules and quality control. Qualifications 5+ years in construction project management/ construction project engineering experience required. licensing Preferred but not required Strong, Specification implementation. Primavera

scheduling experience (required) Experience with civil phased construction projects Knowledge of submittals, RFI's, project controls, and safety controls Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Experience with commercial, infrastructure, or public sector projects Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems PMP or equivalent certification Competitive Salary, bonus, 401k available.
