Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of framing supervision experience Must be bilingual (English and Portuguese or English and Spanish) Strong leadership and organizational skills Reliable transportation Ability to read and interpret construction plans Experience managing crews and maintaining job site safety

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily framing operations and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule Manage and monitor framing crews, productivity, and attendance Control inventory of materials, tools, and equipment Coordinate material deliveries and report shortages or damaged materials Inspect work quality to ensure it meets company standards Provide daily progress reports to company management Enforce company policies and OSHA safety requirements Keep the job site organized, efficient, and clean Communicate effectively with management, subcontractors, and suppliers This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
