Construction Superintendent About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on advanced, high‑tech construction projects. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage complex schedules, and serve as the on‑site authority bringing technically demanding projects to successful completion. This is an ideal opportunity for a Superintendent who thrives in fast‑paced, regulated environments and wants to work on some of the most sophisticated construction projects in the region. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities in accordance with contract documents, plans, and specifications Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe, compliant jobsite Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure productivity, quality, and collaboration Monitor project schedules and budgets, proactively adjusting field operations to meet milestones and cost objectives Perform ongoing quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for project managers, clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders Identify constructability challenges, field conflicts, or delays and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and field documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress updates, safety documentation, and compliance reporting What You Bring Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a strong command of field operations and project execution Deep understanding of construction means and methods, building systems, and safety regulations Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate work from complex blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple trades Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly in the field Proficiency with project management and field technology tools for scheduling and reporting 7-10+ years of experience on high‑end, high‑tech projects including clean rooms, pharmaceutical, biopharma, and semiconductor facilities Preferred Skills & Certifications OSHA certification (required or preferred depending on level); additional certifications are a plus Experience managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, and take‑offs Strong working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and Sage PMP certification is a plus Experience on healthcare, manufacturing, and regulated facility projects Why This Opportunity Work with one of Connecticut's best construction companies on industry‑leading, technically complex projects Long‑term stability with a strong project pipeline in high‑growth sectors Exposure to cutting‑edge construction technologies and environments Leadership role with real authority and influence in the field Competitive compensation and benefits For immediate consideration use this link below!https:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
