Job Description Assist in planning and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Support the preparation of project documentation, including contracts and permits. Help resolve any project-related issues to ensure smooth execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Maintain effective communication between all parties involved in the project. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Fairfield Country should have: Experience with construction project management in the property industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with diverse teams. Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address challenges efficiently.
