Job Description Coordinate project schedules, materials, and site activities to keep construction work on track. Track project documents, including plans, drawings, and change information, so teams have current details. Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal project contacts to address day-to-day needs. Help monitor project progress and flag schedule or coordination issues for review. Support the preparation of project updates, meeting notes, and action items. Review incoming project information and organize records for clear follow-up. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Southport should have: Experience with custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end renovations 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a GC or custom builder or Architect.
