Job Description Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Assist in managing schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support the procurement of materials and services for construction projects. Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays. The Successful Applicant A successful Custom Homes Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Fairfield County should have: Experience with residential construction, preferably custom homes. Knowledge of construction management processes and best practices in the building and construction industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
