Job Description Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and expectations. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve any project-related challenges or issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
