About Our Client Our client is hiring within the building and construction industry in Fairfield County. Job Description Manage daily operations on residential construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. Monitor project budgets and address any deviations promptly. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship aligns with project expectations. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays. The Successful Applicant A successful Custom Homes Superintendent - Construction - Fairfield County should have: Experience with residential construction, particularly high-end custom homes. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges promptly.
