full-time Action Air Systems is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and has a strong understanding of HVAC and construction operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. ?Lead and manage day-to-day project operations across multiple job sites Coordinate with company leadership, estimators, and construction managers Develop project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and resource allocation Oversee teams, including 1-2 supervisors and their crews Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery Communicate daily schedules and updates with field and office teams Prepare reports for management, clients, and stakeholders Collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to resolve issues Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards Oversee coordination of Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping work on-site
