Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager

  • Greenwich, you will be responsible for: Supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of custom home construction Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and project cost tracking Managing RFIs, submittals, and change order logs Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Assisting with procurement and contract administration Maintaining project schedules and milestone updates Tracking project documentation and reporting requirements Supporting field teams and Superintendents with project coordination Assisting with custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish packages Participating in homeowner and project team meetings Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents Monitoring project progress and assisting with issue resolution Supporting project closeout and turnover activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in Project Engineering, Project Coordination, or Assistant Project Management Experience with custom home construction, luxury residential projects, or high-end residential construction Understanding of residential construction from preconstruction through completion Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project controls Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings Exposure to custom millwork, luxury finishes, cabinetry, stonework, and specialty materials Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software Strong attention to detail and desire to build a career in luxury residential construction What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $70,000
