We take pride in our precision, safety, and compliance. We're looking for a Foremen/Operator to oversee and assist in the execution of mutiple projects Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations. Operate heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, skid steers, grader) as needed. Ensure compliance with state and local municipal specifications. Coordinate with municipal inspectors, subcontractors, and crews to maintain schedule and quality. Read and interpret blueprints, grade sheets, and specifications. Conduct site inspections to verify materials, safety compliance, and workmanship. Track project progress, document quantities, and communicate updates daily to project management. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete, paving, and municipal infrastructure projects. Proficiency operating heavy equipment and managing field crews. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Strong leadership skills Compensation Competitive hourly (based on experience/prevailing wage).
